### Ændret
Grundet en ny kvantificering af pcr standard materiale er der lavet en bagudrettet justering af data fra 2025-05-07.

### Ændret
Der er foretaget en bagudrettet ekskludering af prøver fra "Køge-Egnens Renseanlæg" modtaget i 2026, grundet mistanke om pcr-inhibitorer i spildevandsprøven.

Der er foretaget en bagudrettet ændring af metoden til udregning af varians, hvilket resulterer i et ændret konfidensinterval. 
Denne ændring er lavet for bedre at afspejle usikkerheden ved imputerede værdier, når målingerne er <LoQ eller <LoD.

Der er foretaget en bagudrettet opjustering af de nationale spildevandsresultater for perioden 2025-05-06 til 2025-07-22.

På baggrund af en ændring i laboratorieanalyser er der i denne uge foretaget en bagudrettet justering af det ene af de to anvendte SARS-CoV-2-gener for data før 9/12/2024.

### Ændret
De nationale spildevandsresultater for perioden 2023-10-17 til 2024-05-26 er blevet nedjusteret med ca. 30 %. 
Dette skyldes en opdateret korrektion efter skift i standardmateriale, som bruges til kvantificering af RNA-kopier i spildevandsprøverne.

Navnene på datafilerne er ændret fra "yyyy-mm-dd_dk_spildevandsdata.csv" til "yyyy-mm-dd_dk_wastewater_data.csv" og fra
"yyyy-mm-dd_region_spildevandsdata.csv" til "yyyy-mm-dd_region_wastewater_data.csv". Kolonnen "region" i det regionale data indeholder nu de engelske regionsnavne
og ikke længere de danske.

### Ændret
- Følgende ændringer er implementeret:
	* E-genet for SARS-CoV-2 er blevet ekskluderet fra alle spildevandsresultater fra og med 2023-04-01, grundet høj usikkerhed på målingerne af det specifikke gen.
	* Resultaterne er blevet justeret bagudrettet til den 2023-04-01 for den ændring i oprensningsmetoden, der blev foretaget i laboratoriet i uge 23, 2023, således at 
	resultaterne i peroden hvor SSI har foretaget laboratorieanalyserne er sammenlignelige.  
Derudover er vækstrater ikke længere inkluderet i datafilen.

### Ændret
- Fra og med uge 23, 2023, er der foretaget en ændring i analysemetoderne i laboratoriet. Resultater før og efter d. 4. juni 2023 er derfor ikke direkte sammenlignelige.

- Fra og med uge 14, 2023, udføres laboratorieanalyser af spildevandsprøverne af TestCenter Danmark hos Statens Serum Institut. Dette medfører at resultater før og 
efter 1. april 2023 ikke er direkte sammenlignelige. I det tilgængelige data angiver kolonnen "lab" hvilket der har udført analyserne.
- Det regionale data for uge 26, 2022, er blevet korrigeret: Tidligere var prøver udtaget den 1. juli 2022 ekskluderet i alle regioner, grundet manglende prøver i
Region Hovedstaden. Dette er nu rettet, så prøverne er inkluderet i alle regioner undtaget Hovedstaden.

- Fra og med uge 6, 2023, er den nationale overvågning af SARS-CoV-2 i spildevandet nedskaleret fra 87 til 29 prøveudtagningssteder.
Som følge af denne reduktion er outlierkontrollen af de overvågede gener suspenderet for prøver taget efter 2023-02-06.

### Ændret
- I data fra uge 5, 2023, er én plade blevet udelukket fra proceduren til kontrol for outliers. Dette skyldtes, at de overvågede gener viste divergerende tendenser.

### Ændret
- Fra d. 2022-11-21 er der implementeret en ny metode til at detektere outliers for henholdsvis RdRp og N2 genet. Såfremt ét af de to fæcesnormaliserede gener identificeres 
som en outlier, vil det blive prædikteret med det andet gen. Dette er indført med bagudrettet effekt (hele år 2022) og betyder derfor, 
at der kan ses mindre ændringer i grafens forløb.

### Ændret
- Grundet analyseusikkerheder relateret til RdRp-genet, så er RdRp værdierne for uge 44 (2022-10-31 til 2022-11-06) imputeret med N2 værdier skaleret med det gennemsnitlige forhold
mellem generne. Skaleringsfaktoren er baseret på observationer i perioden 2022-10-01 og 2022-10-30.

The national wastewater results for the period 2023-10-17 to 2024-05-26 have been adjusted downwards by approximately 30 %.
This is due to an updated correction following a change in the standard material which is used for quantification of RNA in wastewater samples.

The names of the data files have been changed from "yyyy-mm-dd_dk_spildevandsdata.csv" to "yyyy-mm-dd_dk_wastewater_data.csv" and from 
"yyyy-mm-dd_region_spildevandsdata.csv" til "yyyy-mm-dd_region_wastewater_data.csv". The column "region" in the regional data
now contains the English names of the regions instead of the Danish names.

- The following changes have been implemented:
	* The E gene for SARS-CoV-2 has been excluded from all wastewater results from 2023-04-01, due to high uncertainty on the measurements of this gene. 
	* The wastewater results have been adjusted backwards to 2023-04-01, to adjust for the change in laboratory methods of week 23, 2023. Hence, the wastewater 
	results from the period	that SSI has conducted the laboratory analysis are comparable. 
Furthermore, the growth rates will no longer be included in the data file.

- From and including week 23, 2023, there has been a change in the methods of analysis in the laboratory. 
This means that results before and after June 4, 2023, are not directly comparable.

### Changed
- From and including week 14, 2023, laboratory analyses of the waste water samples will be carried out by TestCenter Denmark at Statens Serum Institut. 
This means that results before and after 2023-04-01 are not directly comparable. In the available data, the column "lab" indicates which laboratory has performed the analyses.
- The regional data for week 26, 2022, has been corrected: Previously, samples taken on July 1, 2022 were excluded in all regions, due to a lack of samples in the
Capital Region. This has now been fixed so that the samples are included in all regions except the Capital Region.

- From week 6, 2023, the national surveillance SARS-CoV-2 in the wastewater has been downscaled from 87 to 29 wastewater sampling sites. 
Due to this reduction in the number of samples, the outlier control of the surveilled genes has been suspended from samples taken after 2023-02-06.

### Changed
- Considering data from week 5, 2023, one plate was excluded from the procedure to control for outliers. This was due to the surveilled genes showing diverging trends.

### Changed
- From 2022-11-21, a new method for detecting outliers for respectively the RdRp and the N2 gene has been implemented. If one of the two genes, after fecal normalization,
is identified a an outlier, its values will be predicted from the other gene.
This is implemented for all of 2022, which means that small deviations from previous graphs can be seen.

### Changed
- Due to analysis uncertainties regarding the RdRp-gene, the values for RdRp in week 44 (2022-10-31 to 2022-11-06), have been imputed by the N2 values scaled with the average 
ratio between the genes. The scaling factor is based on observations between 2022-10-01 and 2022-10-30.

- The number of included sample sites are changed from 202 to 87, according to the adopted downscale.
